We Believe

As a church we believe in God the Father as Creator and Sustainer, Jesus Christ as Saviour and Friend, and The Spirit as the Power of God present and active in the world. We believe in the truth and authority of God's Word in the Bible, and the saving grace of Christ our Lord.

To respond to the love and grace of God in worship, fellowship and service
Know Christ and make Christ known, both within our fellowship and within the community
Live out the love and teachings of Jesus both as a fellowship and as individuals

For a warm, welcoming fellowship which respects and values everyone
To grow in faith and spirituality through worshipping, praying and learning together
To reach out into our local community with the message and love of Jesus
To provide pastorally for one another within our fellowship and beyond
To nurture and encourage the young and those new to the Christian faith
To seek and to follow God's direction for our church, though it may involve change
To work together wherever possible with other Christian churches in Verwood
To be open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit
