The Early Service is what we call our informal early morning worship, Sunday 9:00am to 10:00am. Come and enjoy this time of reflection, discussion, prayer and singing, while learning what God has to say to each of us today.
Join our morning worship
Morning worship starts at 10:45 and is led by either Rev Nigel Deller, our own minister, or by a visiting minister or lay preacher, ussually from the Wimborne Methodist Circuit. Because of the variety of ministeres leading morning serices the worship styles are wide-ranging but all-inclusive with both traditional and contemporary styles valued. Members of all ages enjoy participating within serices with readings, prayer and music of all kinds. At least once a month our services will incorporate the sacrament of Holy Communion.
J Team provides a full program of activities for children and youth of all ages. They meet separately and join the congregation for end of this service.
Check out the details of all our services by looking at the Calandar.
Monday Worship
‘Monday Worship is an informal act of worship, where anyone with an instrument (including your voice!) is welcome to come and join in making music to the Lord. It is held on Monday evenings once a fortnight, commencing at 7.30pm and finishing by 8.30pm at the very latest.
‘Monday Worship’ encourages everyone to share in worship. If you play an instrument, even at a fairly basic level, you are invited to come and join together with other Christians to experience the joy and blessing of praising God in music. ‘Monday Worship’ has its focus on contemporary worship songs, including the learning of some songs that may not yet have been aired in main Sunday worship. Why not join us as we familiarise ourselves with new music so that we can worship with increased confidence in the wider church.
If you are interested in participating in ’Monday Worship’, please join this Facebook Group. You will receive updates of the dates when we are due to meet, and a list of the songs that we will be singing and playing at the next session.
